The sand-resin process

We use a sand-resin process thanks to which both mass production and a few specimens can be made, with varying weights, from a few kilograms to tens of quintals.

Thanks to the use of these resins, a fast and considerable hardening of the sand is generated and the quality of the castings produced is considerably improved, generating less roughness in the surfaces.

The Oven

Our old cupola has been replaced by a rotary kiln.

This oven is able to reduce operating costs, is easy to manage and can improve the environmental impact. We are able to supply castings of all sizes and weighing up to 180 quintals.

The Sandblaster

We have a LAMEF hook shot blasting machine with a door opening of 3000×2000 mm capable of sandblasting any type of casting within the dimensional limits.
